Ebony Walnut KitchenAid Mixer Slider
Ebony Walnut is a dense timber. The grain runs from deep chocolate to near-black, and every board figures differently.
This slider sits under your stand mixer and glides it forward without lifting, so you stop dragging metal across your bench. It works the same as every Willow Haven slider. The material is what changes.
Fits most KitchenAid stand mixers. Tilt-head and bowl-lift models.
Two sizes available
Square base — Tilt-head mixers. Compatible with Artisan Series, Classic Series, 4.5 Qt and 5 Qt models. Dimensions: 22 cm × 35 cm. Fits most tilt-head mixers in this size range.
Round base — Bowl-lift mixers. For bowl-lift KitchenAid stand mixers (6 Qt).
Please note: the bowl-lift (round base) version does not fit the Professional or Heavy-Duty KitchenAid range. Most KitchenAids aren't from these ranges — but if your mixer's model name says Professional or Heavy-Duty, it won't fit.
About the timber
Ebony Walnut (Endiandra palmerstonii) is sourced from sustainably managed rainforest. It's one of the densest timbers in our range and resists moisture well. We finish every board with food-safe oil that deepens the colour and leaves no residue or taste.
With use, the surface smooths and the grain settles in. Harder timbers age this way. Softer ones show marks.
Every board figures differently, so your slider won't look like anyone else's.

Frequently asked questions
Will the ebony walnut slider fit my KitchenAid?
Yes for most models. The square base fits tilt-head mixers (Artisan, Classic, 4.5–5 Qt) and the round base fits 6 Qt bowl-lift mixers.
What makes ebony walnut different from the acacia and bamboo sliders?
It's the densest, darkest timber in the range, with deep chocolate-to-near-black grain. It works identically; the material is what changes.
Is the timber sustainably sourced?
Yes. The ebony walnut is sourced from sustainably managed rainforest and finished with food-safe oil.
Will the dark finish wear off?
No. The colour comes from the timber itself, deepened with food-safe oil. With use the surface smooths and the grain settles rather than wearing.
How do I care for it?
Wipe clean, keep it out of the dishwasher, and re-oil occasionally with food-grade mineral oil to keep the grain rich.
