Are Willow Haven products compatible with all KitchenAid® stand mixers?
Yes. Willow Haven bamboo sliders, acacia sliders, and mat sliders are designed to fit all KitchenAid tilt-head and bowl-lift stand mixer models, including the Artisan, Classic, and Pro 600 series. The cord organiser fits all KitchenAid stand mixers with a standard cord.
What is a mixer slider used for?
A mixer slider sits under your stand mixer and lets you slide it forward when you need it and push it back when you are done — no lifting. It protects your bench surface from scratches and makes the mixer far more accessible. Willow Haven sliders are available in bamboo, acacia wood, and a non-slip silicone mat.
Does the flex beater work with all KitchenAid models?
The Willow Haven flex beater is designed to fit KitchenAid tilt-head mixers in the 4.5-quart and 5-quart bowl sizes, and bowl-lift mixers in the 6-quart size. It does not fit the 3.5 Qt Mini, 7 Qt, or 8 Qt commercial models. Check your mixer model number before purchasing — the product page lists all compatible models.
Which KitchenAid models fit the acacia wood bowl?
The Willow Haven acacia wood mixing bowl fits all KitchenAid 4.5 Qt and 5 Qt tilt-head models: K45, KSM75, KSM90, KSM150, KSM152, KSM155, KSM160, KSM175, and KSM195. It is not compatible with bowl-lift models.
Does the pouring chute fit KitchenAid mixers?
Yes. The Willow Haven pouring chute fits all KitchenAid mixers with stainless steel bowls — Artisan, Classic, Professional, and Pro Line series. It also fits Kenwood, Cuisinart, and most other stand mixers with stainless steel bowls. It is not compatible with ceramic or glass bowls.

What materials do Willow Haven products use?
Willow Haven products use sustainably sourced bamboo, acacia hardwood, food-safe silicone, and polished stainless steel. All timber products are finished with a food-safe oil to protect the wood and make them easy to wipe clean.
Is the acacia bowl food-safe?
Yes. The Willow Haven acacia wood mixing bowl is finished with a food-safe oil and is safe for use with food. Hand wash only — do not put in the dishwasher or soak in water.
Can I use the slider mat as a non-slip mat without sliding the mixer?
Yes. The Willow Haven slider mat has a non-slip silicone base that grips the bench and a smooth top surface that allows the mixer to glide. It works both as a non-slip mat and as a slider to move your mixer in and out from under cabinets.
What surfaces does the slider mat work on?
The slider mat works on granite, marble, laminate, timber, engineered stone, and ceramic tile.
Care and Maintenance
How do I clean my Willow Haven bamboo or acacia product?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or put in the dishwasher. Re-oil every 3–4 weeks with food-grade mineral oil or cutting board oil to maintain the wood. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
How do I care for the acacia wood mixing bowl?
Hand wash only — do not put in the dishwasher or soak in water. Dry immediately after washing. Re-oil every 3–4 weeks with food-grade mineral oil and buff off the excess. That is all it takes to keep it looking good for years.

Willow Haven ships Australia-wide with standard and express options available at checkout. International shipping is available to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping takes 1–3 business days. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
What is the return policy?
Willow Haven offers a 30-day return policy on all products in original, unused condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact hello@willowhavenstore.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
