One-piece stainless steel beater with a flexible silicone edge that continuously scrapes the sides and bottom of your bowl while mixing. No more stopping mid-recipe to scrape by hand.
The body is solid brushed stainless steel instead of coated metal. There's no coating to chip or flake over time, and it holds its looks through years of regular use. And with its sleek curves, it finishes the premium look of the Kitchenaid.
It fits 4.5–5 Qt tilt-head mixers (Artisan, Classic, Ultra Power) — the ones where the top tilts back. If your bowl lifts up with a lever, you need the 6 Qt bowl-lift version.
